Basic and General Building Data

• Width - Measured from outside to outside of sidewall girts. 

• Length - Measured from outside to outside of endwall girts.

• Eave Height - Measured from the bottom of the column base plate to the intersection of the inside of the roof and wall sheet.

• Bay Spacing - Generally 20', 25' or 30' but can be any dimension.  Measured distance between the frame centerlines, except endbays are measured from outside of endwall girts to the first interior frame.

• Roof Slope - is expressed as inches of rise for each 12 inches of horizontal run.  1:12 is Standard.
